Our timetable includes a wide range of activities including circuits, spin, pilates and step. There are classes to support all of your fitness goals.

Class Descriptions
Circuit Training
Combining a number of different strength and cardio based exercises into a circuit, you stop at each station to perform each of the exercises for an allotted amount of time. There are short rest breaks in between, with a longer break upon completion of the full circuit.
Pilates
A mind-body class aiming to increase full body strength, with particular emphasis on working your core muscles. Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using other specialised equipment.
HIIT
HIIT high standards with our high intensity interval training classes! Maximum effort is required for a short bursts of aerobic and cardio exercises (usually 10-45 seconds) followed by a short rest before moving onto a different station.
Step Aerobics
Using an adjustable step, members will complete a range of aerobic exercises offering a total body workout to increase stamina and coordination.
Indoor Cycling
Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular training class on a stationary exercise bike. You have complete control of the resistance on your bike and your instructor will guide you through hill climbs, sprints and power intervals, all aimed at increasing lower body strength and improving stamina whilst playing motivational music.
Stretch & Tone
Stay firm and get more flexible. In this class you’ll tone your tum, glutes, legs and arms, whatever your shape or size. Work your muscles to move better, bend more easily and reach higher. Take control, stretch to the next level and relax. Your body will love you – trust us.
Abs / Core
A fast paced core workout designed to attack your abdominal region. Work your back, butt, abs and obliques to build a rock solid core which can help to ease lower back pain and prevent injury.
Gym Workshop
An interactive demonstration class focusing on a different exercise each week to help expand your knowledge and technique in the gym.
20-20-20
Three workouts in one. This fitness class combines 20 minutes each of high-energy cardio, strength training and core/balance with stretching. Perfect for people who are short of time as it combines all three essential exercise components into one power hour.
